I am a child of God.  I love Jesus.  I am a wife.  I am a mama of two wonderful kids. I am a daughter.  I am a sister.  I am a cousin.  I am a niece.  I am a friend.  I am a boss.  I am an entrepreneur.  I am a taxpayer.  I am an Elder at my church.

I was born and raised in Cabarrus County, on my mama’s family’s farm.  I know what hard work is and what hard work can accomplish.  I have never nor ever will forget from whence I came.

I do not believe in spending money I don’t have.  I don’t believe in telling other folks how to live (except for my kids, I am called as a parent to help them learn how to conduct themselves in a becoming manner).  I think our government is too big and I do not want my children to inherit a nanny-state.

I am sick and tired of politicians who claim to support me, but who are only looking to line their own pockets.  Instead of complaining, I am choosing to make my voice heard.  I will make your voice heard as well.
